The Loose-Leaf Oolong Tea we sell is grown by Haven of Rest Cafe. Every tea we sell uses these homegrown products. We work hard to make them now available for individual purchase to make on your own at home. Our products can be bought in store or online. Shipping is available, or order online and pick it up in store on your next visit. We grow all of our teas personally, some of them up front or in our back green house. All teas are limited to what we have available in store, so it is first come first serve with each new batch. Loose Leaf Oolong Tea is a unique mix of Black and Green tea. We use a mix of both techniques when harvesting and drying. So as a result, the taste is a mixture of black tea’s strong, bold flavors tampered by green tea’s grassier flavor. Like many of our teas, there are also a slew of health benefits to our tea. One of the most known is the abundant amount of antioxidants tea provides, while also providing important vitamins and minerals. A few of the benefits include staving off diabetes and promoting better heart health. Oolong tea can additionally assist in weight loss and improve brain activity. Some other benefits include but are not exclusive to cancer prevention and eczema relief.
